- Through third party verification such as CPA letter, P&L statement or employer’s written VOE
- By analyzing the deposits in personal and/or business bank statements in last 12 months
- By looking at borrower’s own liquid assets. Borrower’s pre-closing liquid asset must be at least 6 time more than stated monthly income on loan application.
- By using subject’s rental income only to qualify the loan for investment property
- No 4506-T. No tax returns.
- Minimum Fico 660
- LTV may be as high as 80%
- Loan product: 5/1, 7/1 ARM and 15 or 30 years fixed
- Available for foreign national with loan amount up to $1M and max 60 LTV
