Location: Chinatown, Manhattan

Job Duties:

Apply principles of accounting and business management to analyze effectiveness of control over expenditure, to forecast revenues and project expenditures of mortgage bank’s overall operations in serving the Chinese community in New York; perform financial analysis to assess accuracy of financial records, to ascertain deficiencies of financial operation, and suggest ways for more effective budget control; inspect and review financial statements, management reports and other financial records of individual business projects, including accounts of individual mortgage sales representatives, to coordinate overall business and financial planning; prepare budget reports and statements for managerial decision making; advise management on effective use of resources and issues concerning expense containment.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Master’s degree in business management or a related field

Experience: Two year experience in job offered or in internal auditing related occupation

Salary: Competitive commiserate with experience.

Network/System Administrator

Job duties:

Configure and support LAN, WAN & Internet/Intranet systems for our organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree - Computer Science + experience and fluency in Chinese.
